Graduating Occupational Therapy (Honours) with James Cook University in 2019, Lilly has enjoyed working as a generalist OT with people across the lifespan. Since becoming a mother, Lilly has found a new passion working with children. Lilly is skilled with building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with children and their families and using this connection to assist the child to reach their goals. Lilly believes all children should feel valued, skilled, strong and loved and brings a strength-based approach to her therapy sessions. Lilly values evidence-based practice and person-centred care, resulting in extraordinary outcomes for her clients.

Melissa is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia. Since graduating in 2013, she has gained experience working in private practice, education, and community settings. Melissa enjoys getting to know each child’s individual strengths and interests and uses these to make therapy meaningful and engaging. She implements evidence-based therapy approaches in fun and practical ways to support children and their families to achieve their goals. Melissa has completed additional training in a number of evidence-based programs, including Sounds-Write, Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Learn to Play and SOS Approach to Feeding. In her free time, she enjoys exploring North Queensland and visiting family and friends in Brisbane.
